There is also one more reason for why crystals may be used for healing purposes. It has been scientifically proven that the human body contains a large amount of SiO2 as liquid crystals. The largest part of this is in the brain, but there are also crystals in the blood plasma and in the nervous system. This might be one reason for why the human body reacts so strongly to crystals. Since the crystal’s vibration is constant, humans can use crystals in order to balance themselves by holding them in their hands. In other words, the person holding the crystal attunes to the vibrations of the crystal, and eventually the person completely vibrates at the same frequency as the crystal, which gives a relaxing effect.

WHAT IS A CRYSTAL?

The following messages came from Kryon, during a crystal workshop presented by Heather Robb.

Your interaction with the crystal is a holy and sacred communication. Crystals are sentient intelligences and have a great understanding of us. Always treat them with great respect and love. There are many life forms on earth, many misunderstood. Crystals are one of the great elemental intelligences that make up all life forms. We are as crystalline within our DNA structures and bodies as is the earth itself – the grids are crystalline and are the earths intelligence in many ways – the arteries and life force of Gaia.

There are no rules to what you see or feel. It all just – Is - and tomorrow it will be different for as your energies change and the stars move things will change. Just see the wonder in all things and let your heart lead you to trust.

Remember a crystal is a sentient inanimate intelligence that may be of earth vibration or star energy. Some may be apports placed for you to find them. Mostly they will be crystals found in the earth, part of the energies of Gaia and encapsulating their own unique intelligence and interaction with man and the earth. How they grew, when, and the environment they came from all effect their energies and presence. Thus your crystal is as unique as you and how you interact with it will be as individual and sacred.

Working with crystalline energies is more powerful than understood. If one small quartz chip can power a radio, create star communication, fire up a computer and send lazars to the moon in seconds – what else can they be capable of? Do not limit your understanding to what you think – go into the feeling and expand your imagination into limitless vision for herein lies greater truth. (Kryon)

CRYSTAL HISTORY

The simple approach is that the early races, as Lumaria and Atlantis were very close to spirit to the ethers, having been created in physical form recently, and thus more spirit than human, as we call it ---- thus they were close to all things of creation. Crystals, part of the mineral kingdom also had its own intelligence and communication with Spirit, and thus was simply another form that served the earth at that time. Early 'man' had the power to utilize this knowledge, more than we can today, as we are more of a denser vibration. Part of the early races traveled and taught this knowledge which was also taught to later peoples in the mystery schools.

Some of the magicians from those times were great healers and teachers. They were often called that - Magician, but also priest. They taught this knowledge to tribal clans that roamed, and thus much of this knowledge was passed down.

There was a lesser know group to traveled to India as well when Atlantis divided, and this knowledge was a part of their heritage in the same way, as was for example, the vedic texts, Yoga, Reiki, and so on.

It is the need of each to seek the truth in the changed knowledge. Do this by opening the self to the vibration of the words themselves, for they contain their own song -- the song or energy of TRUTH. That is how one must learn to delineate between truth and deception

Because the knowledge is so old, it is now seen as part of the mythology of those times, but know this -- that the knowledge was truth and power. Thus, it is not wise to dismiss the early teachings as myth. Some have been modified and changes, yes, but much remains pure and powerful.

What does the spirit Beth says about crystal healing? "Tell the young ones that these crystals may indeed contain the healing properties -- it is a matter of learning to tune into them. If you are allowed, give each one, to have groups, and ask them to feel and listen to the heartbeat of each crystal or stone. Ask them then to draw what they see, feel, sense and then discuss it. These young ones are the future of earth's tomorrows and this knowledge or Lore will reach some --- know that in this work, you add to your mission -- to aid in the new generations understanding of these 'old' ways which are now called 'new age' ".

Beth, my guide wrote most of this -- you might notice how the language and syntax changed, so be blessed with such pure and wise knowledge, and is blessed. It seems none of this is by chance -- it never is, you know. In the meantime, learn to use these crystals, and take them very seriously indeed, for they contain what you need.

CLEANSING?

No stone or crystal works unless this thorough cleansing is completed. Thus a true knowledge of the process is most needed, as these gems, as all gems have a great power which must be harnessed in the true (pure) form, and no other.

There are many different ways to cleanse a crystal, but a simple way is to cleanse it you and put it in water with crystal sea salt for a few days. As the crystal has its own intelligence, communicate your wishes, telling it that you want to cleanse it of all negativity and to make it pure energy once more. Give it love, then leave it.

You can also hold the crystal under running water, asking that all negative energies be washed away. The secret is to communicate with it with love and a genuine need for this to be done.

When you have cleansed it, sit quietly and charge it or open it. Do this by asking that it open to the celestial ways, to the God energy, the All That Is ---- place your hand above it and you may feel much energy or light streaming into it, and out of it.

PROGRAMMING?

Then you need to program it -- how do you want it to be used? For protection, shared love, to aid others as for healing as your teacher? This is an important process, because it must be done with great clarity and intent. Sit with the crystal and communicate these wishes.

Try a clockwise spiral over the top of the crystals and say "I WISH HARMONY RESTORED AND BALANCE PREVAILED" This is a powerful affirmation given to me by Spirit, and contains its own energy

I believe that when the earth was formed, that each thing contained its own use, its own purpose and power -- this is certainly true of all crystals too -- they are intelligence-energy in that form, that is all. Knowing that, I see each crystal or stone (or flower --etc.) as having a set pattern of power, but an individual expression.

GETTING SOME CRYSTALS?

Finding your own personal crystals is rewarding and exciting. Just ask Spirit or your higher self to guide you to what is for you. When you see some, be open to the energies there. Just take a few breaths and relax and allow your intuition to lead you -- put aside thought and feel. Crystals have their own way of communicating, as long as your mind is stilled and you concentrate on them alone, you may find yourself strongly drawn to one or more crystals. Sometimes they seem to stand out amongst all the others, and you simply have to hold it and never give it back! Note -- the crystal itself is claiming you!

The energies in the crystals are more complex than just it's inherent energies. Sometimes energies of old. use the crystals as a 'host' for there power and thus are able to reach you once more. All energies aid each other this way and nothing is done without the permission of the elemental attached to the particular crystal, so all is well - in fact this is a gift of giving and sharing. You need to respect these energies. Often the attraction can be of old in these cases and you are being called from a deeper part of yourself to reclaim and relearn ancient knowledge. Crystals are great recorders of past knowledge and thus we need to honour their calling.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT CRYSTALS?

It is important to add that crystals. are like playing with fire -- the right ones are harmony themselves -- challenging at times, but a gift from Spirit. If the wrong ones are chosen, their vibration, if out of since with ours, can cause a breakdown in our own energies -- a shattering, causing everything from lack of well being, headaches to illness. This is why correct choice is so important.
